Construction project of more than 50 utilities and off-site facilities (U&O) implemented under the key phase of the Gazprom Neft Omsk Refinery modernization project – construction of the CDU/ VDU Crude Oil Distillation Unit, Delayed Cooking Unit (DCU) and Advanced Oil Processing Complex (AOPC).

NIPIGAS is responsible for work package on engineering management, materials and equipment procurement, construction works, testing of facility systems and equipment. Key ones are interconnections and heat and gas pipelines, flare system, control room, DCU and AOPC inter-stage tank farms, inter-stage tank farm pump house, chemical treatment unit, fire-fighting water tanks with fire pump house, local recirculated water unit, air compressor station with nitrogen unit etc.

Design institutes, equipment and materials vendors, contractors from more than 20 regions of the Russian Federation take part in the implementation of the project under NIPIGAS management. Construction company’s works at the site have had more than 4 000 people involved at the peak of the project.
